Have you ever wondered, “should I take a break from my diet?”
Maybe you’ve heard that it’s not good to diet for a long period of time,
But you’re not sure if it’s actually time for YOU to take a diet break.
There are a few signs that you should be implementing a “diet break” or a “maintenance phase.”
I go through some of them in this video:
So, if you are…
????Finding that you’re having low levels of energy.
????Experiencing slow digestion (ex. Only using the bathroom every 3-4 days)
????Constantly feeling hungry
????Never feeling hungry
????Not making progress at the gym
????Not seeing the scale go down no matter what you do.
????Not gaining muscle despite pushing hard at the gym.
????Not able to “go hard” at the gym due to a lack of energy/motivation.
It’s probably time for a break.
Especially if you related to 2-3+ of these descriptions.
Or, if you’ve been dieting for more than 16 weeks, you should probably break.
Your body will thank you.
