Lindsey Berghmans

Hey guys! I am beyond grateful to be a part of the EFC team!  One of the reasons I’ve fallen in love with Crossfit, at the age of thirty, is because I never experienced playing sports or being part of a team growing up. I never saw myself as athletic & actually have some horror stories from my childhood of glasses & zero hand-eye coordination.

I’m sure those of you that know me can tell how passionate I am about health, fitness & food! (I never shut up ??) No but really, my passion is what drives me to hopefully impact others lives through education on nutrition & fitness. There’s a whole lot of information in society today that makes it difficult to sort through & find the truth. Because of the way fitness changed my life, my body & my health I am eager to share my knowledge.

My qualifications include:

-Certified Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association
-Certified Spinning Instructor
-Certified Nutrition Coach through the Nutritional Coaching Institute

My next plan is to add L1 Crossfit & USA Weightlifting certs to the list!
