Fit 4 Change 2017: Nutrition and Fitness Challenge

 

Get ready to kick it into high gear this 2017 with the EFC family! We are going to embark on our 3rd annual New Year Nutrition Challenge – this time with more options. Fit 4 Change 2017 will feature two different tracks that you can choose from depending on your personal goals. There will be ‘Clean Eating’ track as well as a ‘Performance’ track. In order to understand each track and make the best decision on which you should choose come January, make sure to read the F4C Packet below! It contains information on each track as well as important dates for the challenge.

 

This time around, there will be no daily points and you will be scored on two criteria only:

Measurements (Waist and Hips)

Performance (Improvements in Baseline Workouts)

 

Like past years, we will have weekly challenges for teams to keep you engaged throughout the challenge. Don’t miss out on this opportunity that has proven to be life changing in the past. With the energy of the New Year and the support of the Manta Ray family, there’s no way we won’t succeed together!

 

PLEASE sign up on MindBody ASAP so we can get a count on athletes participating in this challenge! The deadline to sign up is January 1st. Athletes will be randomly put on teams with a designated EFC coach as captain. Sign Up is located under the SEMINARS tab.
